We1 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document contains the terms governing your use of the we1 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the we1 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and we1 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

The we1 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet the required age.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one we1 account. Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. we1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification purposes, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, you must notify we1 immediately through the available support channels.

We1 will not be liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

3. Payments, Deposits & Transactions

All transactions on the we1 platform are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). No foreign currency conversion is required. Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX (Internet Banking), and other methods listed in your account panel.

Deposits are usually credited within minutes. However, we1 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers. Users are advised to keep transaction records for reference.

Withdrawals are processed via the same method used for the deposit and are subject to account verification. Withdrawals may be delayed if the account requires additional review. we1 reserves the right to deduct applicable administrative fees where specified in the relevant promotional terms.

Any attempt at fraud, hacking, or manipulation of the payment system will result in immediate account suspension and appropriate legal action.

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

We1 platform users are responsible for ensuring the platform is used for personal and entertainment purposes only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using automated software, bots, or any tool to manipulate games or systems
  • Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to use your account
  • Abusing promotions, offers, or bonuses in any dishonest manner
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal transactions
  • Posting offensive, threatening, or unlawful content through any of the platform's communication channels

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice, and we1 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending the outcome of an internal investigation.

5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure

We1 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, breach of Terms of Use, illegal activity, or at the request of relevant authorities.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the we1 support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 to 7 business days, subject to the settlement of any pending transactions.

Once your account is closed, your personal data will be retained for the period required under applicable Malaysian law before being permanently deleted, in accordance with we1's privacy policy.

6. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms

The we1 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. we1 makes no guarantee that the platform will be free from technical issues, errors, or service interruptions. we1 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform.

All content, logos, brand names, software, and interface designs on the we1 platform are the intellectual property of we1 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use such content without the express written consent of we1.

Any third-party links that may appear on the platform are provided for convenience only. we1 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites.

We1 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms are governed by Malaysian law and any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
